What was A-Rod doing on his off day on Monday? Was he getting treatment for his strained quad? Rushing down to Miami in his private jet to be with Cyn-Rod on her final days before giving birth to their second child? Nope, Stray-Rod was at it again, causing turmoil in the clubhouse by bedding the gorgeous Laura Posada.

Recently Jose Conseco has gone after Alex Rodriguez claiming that not only did he introduce him to a steroid distributer but that A-Rod was interested in his wife.

He should know there is only room in Stray-Rod's heart for one.
